Concrete Rose

Concrete Rose is the name of the four book series, which primarily follows the main character, Rose Henderson, from her teenaged years well into her adult years. Each book deals with a different phase of her life as it navigates the dynamics of family, love, the cyclical nature life, and motherhood. The series explores how relationships, whether they be platonic, familial, or romantic as well as communities can shape peoples opinions and behaviors. It asks the question of nature versus nurture and the idea of inevitability.
